What types of payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Afterpay, and other secure payment gateways. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your order through our carrier’s website. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
